Dain Simons Dain is a native of Delaware and still loves it here even after 38 years. He graduated from Newark High School in 1988 and from the University of Delaware in 1992 with a Bachelors of Art, concentration in Photography. He presently teaches Digital Camera Use at Horizon Photography Workshops in Chesapeake City and at the Art Space in Newport, Delaware. In 1994 he started working at Cameras Etc. on Main Street in Newark, DE and now he is the manager of the Newark store. Besides teaching, he is a fine art photographer, primarily of landscapes, and has been in numerous group shows at the University of Delaware, the Newark Arts Alliance, Colourworks in Wilmington, and at Soho Photo Gallery in NYC. "I would describe my style as anything that is unusual, whether it is an example of light, texture, or form - though a combination of the three is always best."
